The LAST day to pay winter taxes before interest is added is February 17, 2026. Last day to pay at the Richland Township office for 2025 taxes is March 2, 2026. Office will be open Tuesday December 30, 2025, Tuesday February 17, 2026, and Monday March 2, 2026 from 9am-noon and 1pm-5pm to pay taxes.

Please pay by mail if possible. Checks must clear or your receipt is void. Your check will be your receipt. If you require a receipt, please send us a self-addressed stamped envelope so we can mail your receipt back to you.

You can look up your taxes at bsaonline.com. Then search Montcalm County, Richland Township. You are now able to pay with a credit card or e-check but please note that you will pay a convenience fee charged by the processing company. It will be 3% on the total with a credit/debit card. If you use an e-check it will be $3.00 for e-checks up to $10,000 or $10.00 for over $10,000.
